Missoula is also fortunate to have two of the highest rated health care centers in the United States.  St. Patrick Hospital’s International Heart Institute has been rated top 100 in the nation for cardiac care. Across town, Community Medical Center offers a state of the art birthing center as well as pediatric surgery and a 24/7 level III trauma center.  Both hospitals offer a Care-flight emergency transport program.
